Made in Czech Republic: nEXT turbomolecular pumping station are modern and compact vacuum station for high vacuum, with turbomolecular vacuum pumps from 75 to 400 l/sec. Second vacuum pump is consist of dry or oil sealed backing pumps ranging to 22 m3/hod.
